Euclid Exec Now Offers EPL Risk Management Services

Euclid Exec offers two separate programs that include Employment Practices Liability coverage. For the frst time both programs now offer risk management services through two of the most revered employment and labor law firms in the country.
Our carrier partner AmTrust (Directors & Officers and/or Employment Practices Liability Insurance and/or Fiduciary Liability Insurance) has teamed up with Littler Mendelson to provide insureds with a valuable risk management service hotline. This service is free while your AmTrust EPLI policy is in effect. Littler Mendelson is the nation’s largest employment and labor law firm with over 1,000 attorneys and 56 offices across the country.
Meanwhile, our standalone EPLI program through our partner carrier Underwriters at Lloyds has a risk management services Helpline through Jackson Lewis. Jackson Lewis has been assisting employers in developing preventive programs for over 50 years and employs over 780 attorneys in 55 offices throughout the country.
Both services provided are confidential in nature and there is no limit as to the number of calls placed to them. The services cover a broad range of subjects including, but not limited to, employee discipline and terminations, sick leave, attendance, harassment claims, conducting investigations, workplace law, disability and leave management, reductions in force, affirmative action, benefits, immigration, wage-hour (although limited), trade secrets and restrictive covenants, and drug testing and labor relations. Simply stated, the helplines include general legal overview information.
