Euclid Environmental Underwriters, LLC, today announced the acquisition of Enviant, a leading environmental insurance underwriting and claims handling operation. Marilyn Hattier, Ken Cornell, Chris Sisler and Sean Upton lead the operation specializing in underwriting and claims handling for combined environmental casualty, site pollution and contractor’s pollution and professional insurance.

November 1, 2016 – Euclid Environmental Underwriters, LLC, part of the Euclid Program Managers (Euclid) family of program administrators, today announced its acquisition of Enviant, an environmental insurance and claims handling operation. This underwriting team expands Euclid’s capabilities into the environmental insurance market, offering combined environmental casualty, site pollution and contractor’s pollution and professional insurance. Marilyn Hattier, Ken Cornell, Chris Sisler and Sean Upton join Euclid Environmental Underwriters as equity partners, leading the Enviant operation out of New York, NY and Houston, TX.
