Euclid Program Managers Launches New Legal Professional Liability Program
ITASCA, Ill., July 27, 2023 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ — Euclid Program Managers (“Euclid”), today announced the launch of Euclid Legal Pro, LLC (“Euclid Legal Pro”), a program manager committed to delivering comprehensive lawyers professional liability coverage for U.S. law firms on a nationwide basis. Euclid Legal Pro will be led by industry veteran underwriter David Ruple.
Mr. Ruple is the managing principal of Euclid Legal Pro, having previously served as senior vice president at Great American Insurance Company, where he led the successful launch and build-out of the company’s lawyers professional liability segment. Prior, Mr. Ruple held a senior leadership position at Aspen Insurance Holdings, as well as several other international carriers. Mr. Ruple brings 18 years of industry experience focusing on lawyers professional liability and as a result, has grown an in-depth understanding of the unique risks and challenges faced by lawyers and their firms.
Euclid has entered into a program management agreement to underwrite lawyers professional liability business on behalf of a member of Hudson Insurance Group (“Hudson”) that is rated “A+” (Superior) by A.M. Best, FSC XV. Hudson is a market-leading specialty insurer that offers a wide range of property and casualty insurance products to corporations, professional firms and individuals through retailers, wholesalers and program administrators.
