Euclid Program Managers Launches New Website
Euclid Program Managers, the holding company for the Euclid family of program administrators has launched a new website – euclidprograms.com. This new website serves as a hub for all the Euclid underwriting companies, allowing its broker partners an overview of Euclid’s products and services. Our theme is “Managing Excellence” and is manifested in our growing family of successful insurance program managers built on a platform of excellence.
A Unique Platform – Our Partner Model
On a selective basis, Euclid provides a highly efficient platform for underwriter entrepreneurs to partner and build their own underwriting company. Underwriters – the Managing Principals – become equity partners with Euclid in the formation of a new underwriting company. Euclid helps them develop their business plan and takes them out to market to secure insurance company paper. After helping to negotiate the program administrator agreement with the insurance company, Euclid then wraps its administrative services (accounting, HR and information technology) around the new entity. This allows the new managing partner and his or her team to focus on writing profitable business to the benefit of the new underwriting company, its brokers and its insurance company partner. A win-win proposition.
Euclid’s partner model provides the quickest and most efficient vehicle for underwriter entrepreneurs to achieve their dream of owning and operating their own program administrator. Brokers and insurance companies love the model because they are able to transact business with a program administrator run by “owner operators” who have an intractable and vested interest in the business entity.
